Intraarticular corticosteroid for treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee (Cochrane Review)

ABSTRACT

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common joint disorder. In the knee, injections of corticosteroids into the joint (intraarticular (IA)) may relieve inflammation, and reduce pain and disability.
